Tile panel delivery times will vary depending on the type of panel ordered. You can find timing for each panel type on the product page or in summary below.
We pride ourselves on our level of customer service therefore we endeavour to satisfy to our customers’ needs wherever possible. However, we do request that you leave an appropriate amount of time for the panels to arrive before your intended fitting date. If you’d like delivery outside of the UK and Ireland, please visit our international delivery page.
We respectfully request you check the panels immediately when delivered because any issues with damage must be photographed and emailed to email@example.com within 24h.
Furthermore, if colour is critical we recommend that you request a sample before ordering. This is because computer screens vary in colour hence our online designs are representational. If you do have any issues with design or colour when the panels are delivered then please report this to the above email within 24h.
All of our Reco range of plain white and grey panels and our range of sundries are kept in stock and normally delivered within 48hours* if order is placed by 11.00am.
*Larger orders of 20+ panels or pallets can take longer.
Some of the design panels are kept in stock but others are made to order so please allow 5-7 working days. Bespoke cutting is available* on request but please allow and extra 24h for this service.
*Subject to £10.00 plus VAT surcharge
Our bespoke service or custom design panels require extra time for our designers to create your artwork and put it into the production line.
Therefore, we request you allow 7-10 working days from confirmation of design. You will receive a design approval email normally within 48h of your order and must confirm in writing before the production process can begin. Bespoke cutting is included within the bespoke delivery time and fee.
Our delivery service operates between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
We can’t give precise delivery times but you will receive an email or call with allocated delivery day. If it is not appropriate you can change the delivery day up to 48h beforehand. You’ll find your order number on the email confirmation sent to you after you processed payment on the website. You may cancel your order anytime before despatched which is typically the same day. However you may check the status of your order by calling 01205 769002.
It’s possible to return your order within 30 days of receipt of delivery, providing your panels are undamaged and the protective film has not been removed. Your return is subject to a collection fee deducted from your refund.
